Job Summary

Quest ()is the LEADING Talent Acquisition Firm supporting Refinery and Chemical operations.

We are recruiting for a Sr Mechanical Engineer for a state of the art chemical plant in Corpus Christi TX. The Sr Mechanical Engineer will manage and lead strategic long-term programs and projects as well as address short-term operational issues.

Types of equipment: train-compression units screw compressors boosters chiller units steam turbine expander pumps and main blowers in order to efficiently operate the manufacturing plant.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
7 years experience with mechanical engineering design commissioning start-up maintenance within the chemical petrochemical refinery industry)
Minimum of 2 years of Sr Design Leadership roles coordinating and directing design activities
Expert knowledge on rotary mechanical equipment such as train compressors screw compressing units pumps and pressure exchangers
Must be a US Citizen or US Perm Resident
