Part-Time Student - Intellectual Property Department

What will your responsibilities be

• Support the reduction of paper archives and assist in organizing and cleaning up digital databases
• Process internal requests from team members using Adient systems and tools
• Maintain and update tracking sheets and tables primarily in Excel
• Communicate daily with colleagues and proactively resolve minor issues
• Provide general administrative support and handle ad hoc tasks as needed

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees

• University student
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office tools especially Excel
• Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week over a longer period (ideally for the upcoming year)
• English at a communicative level (B2); additional languages are a plus
