Were looking for someone who:

• Has consistently achieved monthly COS targetsor maintained a healthy ACV average
• Holds a Y2M average of 60%
• Maintains a store GMB average of 35 per month
• Demonstrates strong leadership through mentoring coaching and developing others
• Understands and executes ROI opportunities through LSM (Local Store Marketing) initiatives
• Can confidently balance multiple priorities across several stores
• Thrives on delivering legendary customer service with accuracy and care
• Is ambitious highly motivated and ready for a bigger challenge
• Has exceptional organisational skills detail focus and problem-solving ability
