Essential Responsibilities

• Support in definition of the test architecture concurrence and review of test request/test plan

• Guarantee the availability of all the components necessary for executing the test activities

• Installation of test rigs and test articles

• Ensure proper layout of fluidic /mechanical/instrumentation/electrical connections commissioning

• Set up and configure the data acquisition system

• Review and record the test article quality documentation

• Coordinate the team executing the activities according to EHS procedures

• Responsible for the quality OTD and costs targets of the test campaign proactively monitoring the progress and defining mitigation / corrective actions as needed

• Communications and updates relevant to the test execution issuing the daily report

• Managing test data with the standard tools provided

• Fulfilling the schedule of the test campaign agreed with the internal/external customer and the test leader

• Perform all the troubleshooting processes as needed both on the rig and on the test article

• Support the Test Leader in test data validation

• Disassembly and preservation of material used

• Issuing of test reports and management of test data

• Perform the activities following the rationalization and standardization of test methods reported in the test procedures with the intention of improving efficiency and effectiveness and meet the quality standards/requirements

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Aeronautics or Mechanical Engineering

• Proven experience in an engineering and testing role

• Good knowledge of mechanical components design and familiarity with mechanical drawings

• Background in testing control systems

• Background in air/oil network systems general plant services electrical and electronics

• Background in measurement and acquisition systems

• English and Italian fluent knowledge

• Work Visa in accordance with local regulation is required

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Some background in high frequency data management and vibration analysis

• Proven experience in leading cross functional and multicultural teams

• Some knowledge in project management

• PC proficiency

• Availability for three shifts work
