The opportunity:
The Contract Analyst is responsible for developing and reviewing EPCs contracts ensuring the companys risks are covered and compliance is maintained. He/she will report to the Team manager of the INOPC Grid Automation Tender Competence Center Manager.
How youll make an impact:
Review and revise contracts including NDAs service agreements and procurement documents.
Ensure contracts reflect accurate technical specifications and project deliverables.
Collaborate with Senior Contract Manager to align contract terms with operational goals.
Identify and assess contractual risks and ways to mitigate.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations standards and internal policies and guidelines.
Monitor contract performance and flag deviations or potential disputes.
Provide summary on contractual obligations and rights.
Maintain organized records of all contract documents and amendments.
Track key milestones deadlines and deliverables in conjunction with Project Management Team.
Prepare reports on contract status risks and performance metrics.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your Background:
Should have 35 years of experience in contract management preferably in the energy or utilities sector.
Should have familiarity with grid automation technologies (e.g. SCADA smart meters substation automation).
Should have familiarity with AI technologies.
Should have strong understanding of contract law procurement processes and regulatory compliance.
Should have excellent analytical and communication skills.
