- The pay range for this position is $90000-$110000

Responsibilities
- Monday Friday Schedule
- Patient Visits
- Census <30
- EMR Kinser / Wellsky
- Organize and coordinate admission nursing and patient care procedures
- On-call rotating once or twice a month
- Administrative / DON role
Requirements
- Clear and Active Texas Licensure
- Medicare Home Health Experience
- Leadership Experience in Home Health or Hospice
- OASIS Knowledge
