Where you fit in
As part of ourTalent Acquisition Team you are deeply committed to providing customer-centered care and outstanding service delivered with respect. Your expertise in communication staffing and relationship building will support our managers and facilitate finding the best caregivers to serve our patients. You will staff business units understanding the business flow and needs of customers through listening research and experience; and will develop strategies for recruitment responding to urgent staffing requests through creative utilization of all staffing resources.
Your exceptional skills and qualifications
- Bachelors Degree is required
- Recruitment sourcing experience in healthcare is strongly preferred
- Experience managing data within applicant tracking and HRIS systems Excel
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
