Overview:

Due to growth PT Plus is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in Elm Grove WI. Full-time is preferred up to 40 hours per week are available. Candidates with a minimum of 32 hours of availability will also be considered.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of outpatient experience and should be personable with good communication skills.

New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored.

The ability to develop a specialty or attain certification is encouraged and supported.

Caseload / Patient Population:

The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload. Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team!

Full-time PTs should expect to treat 50-60 patients per week.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this full-time position is in the range of $72000 - $90000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. There is a flexible earning system with productivity bonuses available.

Work Schedule:

The clinic is open Monday-Friday 7a-6p: No weekends. No major holidays! Flexible scheduling to suit the needs of the candidate hired is available.

Job Requirements:

Eligible for WI state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
5 years of outpatient ortho experience is preferred but not required.
New grad PTs will be supported and mentored.
Full-time is preferred 40 hours per week are available.
Candidates with 32 hours of availability will also be considered.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
