HR Business Partner (Temp Agency)

Job Description:

Were looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide and manage HR services for a specific business this role youll act as a strategic partner advising the business on all people-related matters and helping drive the execution of HR plans.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Provide strategic guidance to the business on a wide range of HR matters.

• Drive the execution of HR business plans and assist in the interpretation of HR metrics and reports for management.

• Cascade and apply HR policies Ethics and Compliance (E&C) standards and national labor regulations to the management team.

• Ensure coherence and harmonization in the implementation of compensation and benefits training and recruitment policies working closely with management to align with business objectives.

• Support and encourage the professional development of all employees.

• Ensure appropriate consequential management is applied when necessary.

SKILLS:

• Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of HR policies practices and national labor regulations.

• Experience in advising management on complex people-related issues.

• Ability to drive HR plans and interpret data to support business decisions.

• Excellent communication interpersonal and coaching skills.

• Experience in compensation and benefits training and recruitment.
