Mater Private Hospital Bundaberg have multiple exciting opportunities available for experienced Clinical Nurses working across a variety of areas including Medical Surgical and Rehabilitation. These positions are available as permanent full-time permanent part-time and casual roles.
Salary range: $54.44 - $58.30 per hour plus 12% superannuation andaccess to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15900access to many staff benefits!
What youll be doing
As a Clinical Nurse youll play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality patient-centred care. You will use your advanced clinical skills and knowledge to support patients guide nursing teams and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure best practice and positive health outcomes. Youll contribute to clinical education mentor junior staff and lead by example in maintaining professional standards and improving service delivery.
About you
You will enjoy working in a busy and rewarding environment where you can become part of a team of professionals who take pride in providing the highest levels of patient care.
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a ward based nursing role
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with no practice restrictions
- Excellent interpersonal communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated commitment to continued quality improvement and best practice principles
