Key responsibilities:
- Delivertailored support to pupilsunder the direction of the Classroom Teacher
- Coach and support pupils learning by supervising and assisting them in1:1 sessions and small groups
- Help pupils engage across a variety oflearning activities and interventions
- Supervise pupils during lunchtime ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment both in the dining hall and playground
- Work collaborativelywith staff to ensure pupils have access to the resources they need to succeed
About You:
- Aconfident communicatorwith strong written and verbal skills
- Educated to aminimum Grade 4/C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
- Highly motivated energetic and reflectivewith a passion for helping pupils and building positive relationships with both students and parents/carers
