As Team Manager at Composite Assembly you will lead and motivate a team of approximately 20 Manufacturing Operators and a Team Leader reporting directly to you.

We are currently experiencing significant growth and addition to managing challenges related to this transformation and your day-to-day responsibilitiessuch as ensuring on-time deliveries and reporting issues and achievementsyou will act as a motivator demonstrate a structured and transparent approach maintain a positive mindset and proactively seek solutions when facing challenges.

Responsibilities

• People management and development
• Resource allocation and production planning in collaboration with Team Leader accordingly to production prognosis
• Ensuring compliance with HSE regulations
• Contribute to continuous improvement culture

Qualifications and experience

• Preferable bachelors degree or technical college within management or technological field although personal suitability and/or relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
• Experience from production environment
• Fluent in Norwegian and English both oral and written
