About the Role

The post holder will lead manage and develop the activities of a range of Commercial Waste services across Nottingham and Derby to ensure efficient and safe delivery of the service for customers. As a service leader you will be expected to demonstrate our core theme behaviours of Leading People Equality Diversity & Inclusion Change & Innovation and Collaboration.

The post is classed as a hybrid worker; however there is an expectation that the post holder will be in the office 4 days per week.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in waste and recycling management.

Experience in leading and managing a team

In-depth knowledge of waste and recycling legislation policies and programmes

Ability to work autonomously with confidence and be able to work well as part of a team

Proficient in IT skills in Microsoft Office
