Position Summary:
DRN Data is seeking a self-motivated high-energy Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our growing team. This is a strategic opportunity to build a high-velocity sales engine focused on selling our Capture solutions to the credit union market. The ISR will be responsible for the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals and will leverage our extensive database to systematically convert data assets into predictable revenue.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Own the Full Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting qualification and virtual demonstrations to negotiation and closing deals.
High-Volume Prospecting: Systematically engage a 2000 contact list through a high cadence of calls emails and social selling techniques.
Lead Generation: Actively develop a pipeline through self-prospecting activities in addition to converting company-provided leads.
Expert Demonstrations: Deliver compelling web-based product demonstrations of our Capture solutions tailored to the specific needs of credit union marketers.
Pipeline Management: Utilize our CRM to manage a high-velocity sales pipeline ensuring accurate forecasting and activity tracking.
Achieve and Exceed Quotas: Consistently meet and surpass daily activity metrics as well as monthly and quarterly targets for new customer acquisition and revenue.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Anticipated Outcomes:
First 30 Days: Complete all product and sales training; achieve a target of 500 outreach activities; schedule the first 5 qualified demos.
First 60 Days: Build a qualified pipeline; consistently achieve weekly activity targets; conduct a minimum of 15 qualified demonstrations.
First 90 Days: Close the first 2-3 new deals establishing a consistent and predictable revenue stream.
Ongoing: Achieve a quarterly new revenue quota and maintain benchmark conversion rates.
Additional Knowledge/Skills & Desired Behaviors:
Proven sales achievement in a high-energy phone-based selling environment is a plus.
Strong closing skills and experience winning sales campaigns.
Self-motivated with a high degree of drive and determination.
A confident individual who is a strong contributor both individually and as part of a team.
Adaptive flexible and customer-focused.
Experience with technology sales preferred.
Experience with Salesforce and CRM is a plus
Target Base Salary Range: $55000
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge skills and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
