Job Title: Transaction Coordinator

Location: Scottsdale AZ

Compensation: $60K$80K base salary discretionary bonus full benefits

The Kostelic Agency is engaged by a nationally expanding real estate investment group to identify a Transaction Coordinator to join its high-performing team. This role serves as a critical backfill with established processes in place offering the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the companys growing portfolio.

The Transaction Coordinator will serve as the central liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners ensuring seamless execution of commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of multifamily and commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing
• Coordinate due diligence efforts including title surveys zoning insurance and lender requirements
• Draft review and manage transaction documentation in collaboration with counsel lenders and brokers
• Act as the point of contact between internal teams and external parties to drive timely resolutions
• Ensure compliance with all federal state and local requirements while mitigating risk
• Maintain accurate documentation workflows and critical transaction deadlines

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate transactions loan coordination or a related role
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate closings and lender-side due diligence preferred
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi CoStar or similar software is a plus
• Bachelors degree not required; open to experienced professionals with demonstrated capability
