Job Summary

Position: Equipment Integrity Engineer

Location: Bucharest Romania

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain accurate records of equipment and ensure data is consistently updated in relevant systems.
Develop and implement strategies for equipment replacement upgrades and lifecycle management.
Provide technical training and support to colleagues and partners.
Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot complex equipment issues to ensure operational continuity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Training Compliance HR Operations) to support smooth processes and adherence to standards.
Prepare finalize and maintain technical and regulatory documentation for all equipment.
Research recommend and advise management on acquisition of new or specialized equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
University degree in a technical engineering or related field.
At least 6 months of relevant work experience.
Strong technical mechanical and electronic knowledge.
Advanced computer skills (data analysis reporting database management).
Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Previous experience in equipment or asset management.
Experience working in a shift-based or 24/7 operational environment.
Familiarity with health & safety compliance in technical environments.
Proven ability to anticipate and proactively solve technical challenges.
Experience contributing to product rollouts or equipment implementation projects.
Strong teamwork skills with a proactive solutions-oriented mindset.
