Job Summary
All In One Employment is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in mining and heavy equipment solutions. We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with proven experience in the mining industry and strong bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish). Key Responsibilities

Design analyze and optimize mechanical components and systems for heavy mining equipment (haul trucks excavators drilling systems etc.).

Oversee installation commissioning and maintenance of machinery at client sites.

Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and hydraulic issues in mining environments.

Ensure compliance with safety environmental and regulatory standards across all operations.

Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams (engineering service operations) in both English and Spanish.

Provide technical training and support for equipment operators and maintenance teams.

Prepare technical reports manuals and presentations for internal and client use.

Lead or contribute to projects for equipment upgrades modifications and efficiency improvements.
Qualifications
-
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (Masters a plus).

Minimum 5 years of experience in the mining industry or with heavy equipment manufacturers/suppliers.

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems hydraulics pneumatics and industrial machinery.

Proficiency in English and Spanish (technical vocabulary in both required).

Familiarity with AutoCAD SolidWorks or similar CAD/design software.

Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work in mining environments with flexibility for travel and field assignments.
Preferred Background
-
Experience with companies in heavy equipment manufacturing (e.g. Komatsu Caterpillar Liebherr Hitachi).

Familiarity with open-pit and underground mining operations.

Hands-on involvement with fleet management systems and advanced mining technologies.
