Communication and accounting skills needed
Help define and deliver lending business systems provide business system support and design develop and deliver training for various business units.

What youll do:

Collaborate with colleagues to identify the impact of new and existing products
Conduct process redesign for various business units
Coach co-workers and partners on proper policies and procedures
Assist with the design validation and testing of business systems
Troubleshoot complex issues from various divisions
Design develop and deliver training materials based on research from multiple sources.
Create and execute controls and monitoring data queries

An aptitude for information analysis and systems thinking
Confident communicator familiar with adult education concepts
Proven analytical skills and understanding of financial concepts
Relationship-builder able to manage key stakeholder interactions

What youll need:

A Bachelor of Business Administration degree (BBA) and at least four years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
