Primary Duties: - Provide direct executive-level support to the President and CEO.
- Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Draft review and manage correspondence reports and presentations.
- Oversee email and document management including follow-ups and task tracking.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings events and hospitality functions.
- Create maintain and analyze spreadsheets reports and other business documents.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and staff.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
Required Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives.
- Proven ability to handle and protect confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in an office environment.
Preferred Qualifications: - Hospitality industry experience.
- Event planning or corporate meeting coordination experience.
- Experience with AI.
Physical Requirements: - Frequently required to sit stand talk and hear.
- This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 20 pounds.
