What Youll Do:
Diagnose& Repair: Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicles from routine maintenance to complex mechanical issues.
- Customer Service: Provide clear honest communication with customers explaining issues and recommended repairs in a way they understand.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Maintain Standards: Adhere to all safety guidelines and keep the work area clean and organized.
What Were Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an Auto Technician/Mechanic with a strong understanding of automotive systems and repair techniques.
- Certifications: ASE certification is a plus but not required. Willingness to pursue certification is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software with the ability to troubleshoot a wide range of vehicle issues.
- Attention to Detail: High standards for quality work and a commitment to getting the job done right the first time.
Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
