Job Summary

Join our team as a Cost Control Apprentice!

Reporting to the Finance Department of ICAPE Groups headquarters located in Fontenay-aux-Roses (92) in the south of Paris France you will work in collaboration with The Project Manager Reporting & Digitalisation Finance in various missions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribute to the monitoring and analysis of performance (reporting budget vs. actual variances KPIs).
Participate in budget preparation and revisions (forecasting updates).
Support the implementation and automation of dashboards for performance tracking.
Ensure the reliability and consistency of financial data from various systems (ERP BI Excel etc.).
Take part in managing cross-functional projects.
Contribute to digitalization initiatives and improvements in financial processes.
Participate in user documentation and training.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

Currently enrolled in a Masters degree program (BAC4/5) in Audit Controlling Business Data Analysis or a related field.
Strong communication skills in both French and English written and spoken.
Proactive and creative mindset with the ability to take initiative and propose new ideas.
Detail-oriented and well-organized with strong multitasking abilities.
Proficient with digital tools and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint); knowledge of Power BI and SAP
