Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Research: Initiate and participate in clinical research projects publish papers in
peer-reviewed journals and present findings at conferences.
Clinical Duties: Provide patient care diagnose and manage various medical conditions
and oversee treatment plans.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor students interns and junior faculty members.
Curriculum Development: Assist in the design and implementation of the General
Medicine curriculum in alignment with regulatory guidelines.
Administrative Roles: Participate in departmental meetings academic committees and
quality improvement initiatives.
Continuing Education: Stay updated with advancements in the field of General Medicine
and pursue continuing medical education.

Qualifications:
MD/MS/DNB in General Medicine from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 8-10 years of teaching experience in a recognized medical college or
university including experience as an Associate Professor.
Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC).
Proven track record of research publications in indexed journals.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
Excellent teaching and mentoring abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Research aptitude with a history of scholarly publications.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
Leadership and organizational skills.
