Job Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) Analyst to design analyze and optimize complex sales incentive models. The role provides root cause analysis data integrity and continuous improvement in SIP analytics and reporting supporting key business stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities

Perform objective setting and design analyses for SIP (growth tiers sales contests performance metrics)

Root cause analysis and resolution for data issues (e.g. dropped accounts alignment changes)

Complex data modeling validation and impact analyses related to SIP

Develop and maintain compensation models pay/performance/projection analysis regression analysis
-
Support territory design analyses and present recommendations to leadership
-
Create and deliver reports for SIP contest tracking and overall performance
-
Ensure data integrity governance quality controls and continuous process improvement

Collaborate with SIP Ops leads Data Management Finance Marketing Sales Leadership and vendor partners

Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications

BA/BS in finance business or related discipline
-
2 4 years SIP experience and complex data modeling

Advanced Excel/data skills experience with governance and quality controls

Strong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Proven collaborative communication and presentation skills

Detail-oriented proactive and able to manage multiple projects
