Job Summary
A Retail Planner is required.
The Planner ensures smooth and efficient production while maintaining quality and compliance. Supporting the Planning Manager they help develop and implement strategic production plans.

- Allocate resources and resolve production issues.
- Coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries.
- Create and update production schedules.
- Analyze market data and sales forecasts.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
- Communicate with procurement on raw materials.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and safety protocols.
- Monitor production expenses and budgets.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and best practices.
- Assist with developing planning strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors Degree in Business & Planning Management.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in planning management or a similar role.
- Proficient In English & Afrikaans.
- ERP & planning software proficiency (Odoo Syspro SAP JDA and Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong Excel skills and data analysis expertise.
- Industry experience: Retail.
