Independent investment management and wealth advisory business offering their services to a host of industries looking to employ a this role you will be responsible for preparing and implementing recommendations and maintaining client files amongst other tasks. What you will be doing:

• Verify all compliance paperwork is complete and accurate
• Validate client risk profiles and relay objectives to Advisor
• Gather and compile financial information (Balance Sheets Income & Expenditure)
• Identify planning opportunities in investment and risk
• Research solutions independently and with Advisors to meet client needs
• Prepare analysis and comparisons for Advisor review
• Review asset allocation and investment strategy against client risk profiles
• Draft recommendation reports and supporting correspondence
• Complete application and proposal forms
• Implement investment strategies and alterations as instructed
• Manage queries from clients and external parties
• Maintain strong client relationships and attend client meetings with Advisor
• Arrange and support client review meetings
• Assess and monitor investment portfolios asset allocation and risk profiles

What we are looking for:

• BCom Financial Planning or equivalent qualification
• Highly organised methodical and disciplined
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
• Team player with self-motivation to work independently when needed
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
