Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage and support end-to-end onboarding and HR operational activities. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for new joiners maintaining accurate documentation and supporting induction and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills excellent communication abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
- Maintain and update onboarding trackers with accurate and timely information.
- Coordinate with hiring managers HR team and candidates to schedule and conduct induction sessions.
- Collect verify and organize onboarding documents; follow up on pending items.
- Upload documents to shared folders and conduct periodic internal audits for compliance.
- Accurately capture data from Capco forms into the ELTD system.
- Prepare onboarding kits offer letters and HR letters as per standard formats.
- Initiate guest pass requests and ensure access readiness for new joiners.
- Send welcome emails and confirm joining details with candidates.
- Address and resolve employee queries related to onboarding and HR policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve onboarding processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or related field.
- 14 years of experience in HR operations onboarding coordination or related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas pivot tables and reporting) Word and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience conducting induction programs and handling confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset; team player.
