This role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney.

What youll do

A commercially astute team player youll be working in the Enterprise Architecture team leading the design architecture & integration solutions that will drive Tabcorps efficiency and growth whilst aligning business strategy with IT.

As a trusted expert in leveraging & optimising technologies you will be responsible for owning and maintaining the enterprise architectural blueprints and artifacts at the group level.

Additionally you will guide the business in understanding and implementing robust sustainable technology solutions to ensure the organisations technology is future proof.

What youll bring

Exceptional skills in stakeholder management
Strong Enterprise architecture experience across the digital tech stack offering positive customer experiences across different channels (i.e. digital assisted retail) utilising mobile desktop/browser-based technologies.
Solid Enterprise Architecture experience with leading/contributing to digital transformation programmes using EA frameworks like Zachman TOGAF Gartner or similar.
A growth mindset and can do attitude
Ability to lead workshops/discussions with business and wider stakeholders in coming up with consensus-based decision-making solving for business problems/concerns
Expertise in creating and documenting architecture and designs blueprints and roadmaps managing EA repositories and outlining guidelines to support a dynamic technology and business landscape.
Robust background developing business-aligned IT technology strategies frameworks and roadmaps utilising architecture principles and patterns.
Hands-on experience with a wide range of technologies including Cloud CRM and MarTech workflow and automation event driven Integration services data and AI.
A Collaborative delivery mindset to work with various supplier models utilizing agile lean and DevOps practices.
