- $240000 to $300000 Base Salary negotiable dependent upon experience
- Negotiable Sign-On Bonus

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new physician will work in a collaborative dynamic environment with an integrated multi-disciplinary care team. Physicians are supported by highly-trained clinical assistants and on-site management in a comfortable modern outpatient setting. This includes scribes and staff to perform clinical administrative tasks ensuring physicians are able to focus solely on patient care.
The physician provides a full scope of primary care services to patients. This includes but is not limited to diagnosis treatment coordination of care preventive care and health maintenance.
Specific duties of the role include but are not limited to:
- review patient histories
- perform physical examinations
- evaluate diagnose and provide appropriate treatment and patient care
- refer patients to specialists as needed
- review test results and recommend suitable management
- prescribe medications
- formulate ongoing treatment and disease management plans
- communicate with the clinical team to ensure total delivery of quality care
Providers see a variable number of patients per day based upon patient needs and types of appointments scheduled.
The office uses the AthenaHealth EHR.
REQUIREMENTS:
- New York medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified / Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
