Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and administration for our recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate should be 30 in age preferably married from nearby location with hands-on experience in HRMS payroll and company administration.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage recruitment processes and employee onboarding/offboarding
- Handle payroll processing attendance and leave management
- Maintain HRMS records and employee database
- Oversee company administration and office management
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance
- Act as a point of contact between management and employees
- Proficiency in MS Office
Requirements: - Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
- 4 years of experience in HR & Admin roles
- Strong knowledge of HRMS payroll and compliance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Female candidates 30 age married from Prahladnagar or nearby preferred
