Job Summary

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and administration for our recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate should be 30 in age preferably married from nearby location with hands-on experience in HRMS payroll and company administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment processes and employee onboarding/offboarding
  • Handle payroll processing attendance and leave management
  • Maintain HRMS records and employee database
  • Oversee company administration and office management
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance
  • Act as a point of contact between management and employees
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Requirements:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
  • 4 years of experience in HR & Admin roles
  • Strong knowledge of HRMS payroll and compliance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Female candidates 30 age married from Prahladnagar or nearby preferred
