Performing diagnostic Level 3 Sleep Testing per CPSA regulations
Educate clients on their condition and their prescribed therapy and follow- up with clients as needed.
Provide troubleshooting with medical devices
Ensure that all contact with clients is accurately charted in a timely manner.
Provide client education and training on safety related issues as part of delivery of service for all clients.
Responsible to help create and maintain a safe and healthful work environment.
Participate in on-call schedule where applicable
Fit clients with appropriate mask interfaces and CPAP units for home use Setting up & explaining various sleep diagnostic devices such as Snoresats & Apnea Links
Ability to lift and carrying up to 55 lbs unassisted
Knowledge of how to operate Respiratory Therapy equipmentan asset
Proficient in Microsoft Word or Google Suites
Must have a valid provincial Drivers License
Ability to work under pressure & multitask
Willingness to complete required training for CPSGTcertification
