Job Summary

A home care company is seeking an experienced and dynamic In-House Recruiter to help source interview and hire top talent. The ideal candidate is a natural networker with a strong recruiting background excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for connecting the right people with the right opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates through various methods including networking referrals and job boards
Screen interview and evaluate applicants for different roles within the organization
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and goals
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from start to finish

Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles at once
Natural networker with the ability to build lasting relationships
Flexible and proactive with a results-driven mindset

Salary: $75k/Year Commission
