THE ROLE
This is a high-impact creator role at the forefront of Pure Storages circular economy strategy. You will own the entire supply plan for returned assets strategically optimizing their path to market across remanufacturing service and our Evergreen//One subscription model. This position is pivotal to our revenue and margin goals requiring you to lean in and influence partners in Sales Service and Operations to deliver on critical supply commitments. This is your chance to build an automated scalable reverse supply chain from the ground up with no legacy processes to hold you back.
WHAT YOULL DOMaximize Asset Value and Fulfillment: Own the end-to-end supply planning for all returned assets forecasting inbound flow from customer upgrades and allocating them to the highest-value downstream channel (Remanufacturing Evergreen//One or Service) to maximize revenue and margin.
Ensure Critical Supply Commitments: Drive decision-making and influence stakeholders (Sales Service Evergreen) to ensure all asset allocations are honored and delivered on-time and in-full directly impacting key business promises and customer satisfaction.
Optimize Inventory and Material Utilization: Proactively monitor inventory health across all recovered asset pools and develop strategies with contract manufacturers to utilize excess components and materials significantly reducing waste and driving margin improvement.
Design and Scale New Processes: Act as a founder/creator building the foundational reporting planning tools and automated processes for the Reverse & Remanufacturing supply chain to ensure it scales efficiently and drives long-term productivity and speed.
Advanced Supply Chain Planning Expertise: Deep verifiable experience in complex supply planning reverse logistics or manufacturing planning including creating and managing critical supply/demand commitments in a high-stakes environment.
Analytical Tool Mastery: Proven ability to build and maintain sophisticated analytical reporting and planning models using advanced Excel/Google Sheets and expert-level proficiency with major ERP/Planning systems (e.g. NetSuite SAP).
Circular Economy and Operations Knowledge: Core understanding of contract manufacturing inventory optimization principles and the business drivers behind asset recovery remanufacturing or ITAD processes.
Influence and Accountability: A high-ownership results-driven mindset with exceptional communication and influencing skills necessary to shape trade-off decisions and drive outcomes across global Sales Service and Operations teams.
Creator/Scaling Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity possessing an entrepreneurial drive to design automate and implement scalable best-in-class processes rather than simply managing existing on

Salary ranges are determined based on role level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

$163000 - $224000 USD
