Job Summary

A growing healthcare company is seeking a Service Coordinator Team Lead to manage and oversee its Service Coordinator department. This leadership role is focused on ensuring that the team delivers excellent patient care while maintaining consistent communication with patients and caregivers.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of Service Coordinators
Ensure effective communication with patients and caregivers through phone email and quarterly visitations
Oversee scheduling documentation and service delivery processes
Train mentor and support team members to improve performance and engagement
Monitor department operations to ensure compliance and efficiency

Qualifications:

Experience in healthcare coordination or a related leadership role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
Patient-focused and committed to high standards of care

Salary: $70k - $75k/Year bonuses
