Key Responsibilities:
Legal advice on complex matters including drafting reviewing and negotiating contracts financial commercial and business development.
Assist in the legal structuring of financing projects including risk analysis regulatory compliance and contractual documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify legal risks and propose practical solutions aligned with business objectives.
Support the Legal team in Mexico on cross-functional initiatives.
Monitor relevant regulatory and legislative changes that may impact the companys operations.
Qualifications:
Law degree; license to practice law in Mexico.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial and financial law preferably in the energy sector.
Strong knowledge of commercial contracts financing structures and applicable regulations.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Fluency in both English and Spanish.

Clear and professional communication in Spanish and English.
