A leading independent estate agency is seeking a Senior Property Manager to take on a team leadership role in Loughton. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a team oversee a residential property portfolio and ensure excellent client service.
You will play a key role in shaping the teams success and driving operational excellence.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Leading and mentoring a team of property managers and support staff
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties and landlords
- Ensuring compliance with legislation and industry best practice
- Overseeing tenancy management rent collection and property maintenance
- Building strong relationships with landlords tenants and contractors
- Driving team performance and achieving departmental targets
- Contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency

- Proven experience in property management ideally with team leadership responsibility
- Strong understanding of residential property legislation and compliance
- Excellent organisational communication and customer service skills

- Knowledge of West Essex and London property markets advantageous
