About the Role
We are seeking skilled Project Officers with Cloud experience to work within the organisation:
You will:
- Manage diverse project tasks while adapting quickly to shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Proactively resolve issues using expertise and explore alternative solutions when needed.
- Provide high-quality secretariat services for multi-agency forums including meeting logistics documentation and action tracking.
- Deliver clear executive briefs program reports and stakeholder communications to support project transparency and alignment.
- Maintain project artefacts support continuous improvement facilitate planning sessions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams.
The Successful Candidate
- Certifications or training in Project Management (e.g Prince2 MSP Agile SCM)
- Demonstrable experience working in a project role in a large project or program
- Prior exposure to the Defence Intelligence Community.

Location: The role is based in the ACT; onsite.
Contract terms: 12 months from commencement date plus potential extensions
Security Requirements: Current NV1 Clearance.
