About the role:
- Manage a range of commercial disputes and insolvency matters from start to finish.
- Draft pleadings affidavits and correspondence and prepare briefs to counsel.
- Conduct legal research and provide advice on strategy and risk management.
- Liaise directly with clients barristers and other stakeholders.
- Attend and assist with court appearances mediations and settlements.
- Work on cross-border disputes and high-value matters alongside an experienced Partner.
The ideal candidate:
- 13 years PQE in commercial litigation dispute resolution or insolvency
- Strong legal research drafting and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while taking ownership of tasks
- Excellent communication and client service skills
