Overview:Praescient Analytics is seeking a highly experiencedFederal Program Managerwith deep subject matter expertise inthreat analysisand a proven track record ofstakeholder engagementat the senior federal level. The ideal candidate is not only a skilled program leader but also a practitioner who can speak the language of analysts law enforcement officers and intelligence professionals. This role requires extensive experience supporting DHS ICE or Intelligence Community (IC) missions with the ability to oversee complex programs while ensuring compliance with sensitive data handling requirements.
Responsibilities:
Lead program management activities in support of DHS/ICE and law enforcement operations ensuring successful delivery of mission objectives.
Serve as aThreat Analysis Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing technical and tradecraft insight to stakeholders and team members.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with senior DHS/ICE stakeholders and law enforcement partners serving as the primary point of engagement.
Oversee compliance with DHS/ICE policies and requirements forOSINT biometrics and PII handling ensuring ethical and secure practices.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of accurate actionable and timely intelligence support.
Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts ensuring tradecraft standards and analytic rigor are upheld.
Monitor performance metrics risks and deliverables to drive program success.
Required Qualifications:
10 years of program management experiencesupporting federal law enforcement DHS or IC missions.
Strong background as aThreat Analyst SME with the ability to discuss and apply analytic tradecraft beyond contract oversight.
Demonstrated success engaging and briefingsenior DHS/ICE stakeholdersand law enforcement partners.
Proven ability to balance programmatic responsibilities with operational and analytic insight.
Desired Skills & Tools:
Proficiency with analytic and investigative tools such asPalantir Analysts Notebook Babel Street or similar platforms.
Exceptional communication leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience ensuring compliance with federal information-sharing security and privacy policies.
Preferred Education & Certifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree inIntelligence Studies Security Studies International Relations Public Policy or a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP)or equivalent program management certification.
Advanced tradecraft or intelligence certifications from DHS DoD or IC training programs (e.g.CDIA intelligence analysis certifications or OSINT-focused training).
