As IT Service Delivery Specialist at our Tokyo Office you will be responsible for providing incident and request support to internal users and customers using ITIL-based practices and procedures to deliver best-in-class technical service support. WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will report to IT Service Desk Team Lead. You will be located in Tokyo office but also be part of the global IT Support & Delivery team.
This is a role that entails incident and request management that will come from users monitoring the business systems devices and networks. This includes providing IT support through the existing communication channels: phone walk-ins ticketing system documenting and following up the existing incidents/requests. The role can also include supporting local and remote users across offices stores and warehouses operations world-wide as well as performing hands-on and remote fixes including installing and upgrading software installing hardware and configuring systems and applications.
Since Acne Studios is a multinational organization and you will be based in the Tokyo office we need you to have an excellent ability to communicate in oral and written Japanese and English.

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
Customer service 3 years or technical support in related field
Experience with modern ITSM processes and techniques.
General knowledge of server administration network administration security administration vendor management and desktop support services
Experience with general PC and Mac hardware communication devices and/or networking.
Knowledge and experience working in environments with Microsoft AD/Office 365 Suite such as Exchange OneDrive Teams & SharePoint Experience with supporting storage solutions such as Egnyte & Box Windows Client Mac OS X iOS Printers Meeting Rooms Cisco Meraki Intune Retail devices such as (Payment Terminal POS Setup RFID and Receipt Printers)and other related products and services for the business.
-Fluent in English and Japanse (Korean is a plus)
