Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage architectural design project
- Coordinate design with consultants
- Prepare design and construction documents (Plans & Specifications)
- Obtain plan approvals through Authority Having Jurisdictions (AHJ)
- Conduct limited construction administration during construction
- Manage close-out process
Minimum Qualifications:
- Architectural or similar/equivalent degree
- 10 years of experience managing design projects and preparing design/construction documents
- Proficient with Revit CAD MS Word MS Excel
- Good communication skills
Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including education qualifications experience and geographic location. The Salary range for this position is $120000 - $128000.
