Commercial Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a dynamic and growing team.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels including cold calling networking and referrals.
- Educate clients on insurance options assess their unique needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets including sales revenue conversion rates and policy renewals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with underwriters claims processors and customer support teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to offer clients the most up-to-date advice and solutions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial insurance products including real estate manufacturing technology and construction sectors.
- Skills: Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Soft Skills: Family-oriented go-getter self-starter team player.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance software and tools is a plus.
