The Hilton Anatole is searching for a Master Bakerto join their Pastry Team!
Spanning 45 lush acres just north of downtown Hilton Anatole is a Dallas icon in the vibrant Design District with over 1600 newly renovated guest rooms and 600000 sq. ft. of event space. The idealcandidate will have previous experience in a similar role within an independent restaurant or hotel environment and/or an accomplished lead baker looking to make the next step in their career.
You will be technically dynamic with the ability toassist with the execution ofhigh volume banquets of up to 800 guests. Proven experience with banquet-style desserts decoration in a commercial setting excellent creativity and an eye for detail.
You will have excellent organization skills andthe ability to work quickly and with precision. Passion dedication and a hunger to learn and progress is essential!

What will I be doing
As a Master Baker you would be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Follow standardized recipes for all banquet desserts ensuring product quality and standards.
Prepare all required banquet and outlet desserts according to the provided specifications.
Ensure desserts are competed and ready for delivery in a timely order.
Perform daily inventory checks of all core baking ingredients and products.
Support Sous Chefs oversee team performance and daily task completion.
Provide guidance and support as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Ensure all food handling procedures align with health and safety standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation while enforcing sanitation protocols.
