Job Summary
VISTA Technology Services Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Program Management Analyst to support our NAVSEA customer. This is a hybrid position reporting onsite 3days a week in Washington DC.
Responsibilities:
The Program Management Analyst will help ensure success of the project through careful analysis and effective communication. They will:
- Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of client efforts
- Work with key stakeholders to develop integrated master schedules review contracts and project cost accounting
- Help with tactical planning using resources such as Microsoft Project
- Interact regularly with senior program managers SMEs and stakeholders across multiple programs
- Executing funding
- Attending budget meetings
- Meet with sponsors to determine funding originand allocation
- Develop briefs on status of programs
- Update budget slides
- Prepare burndownreportsad-hoc reports andperformance metrics/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 4 years of experience incontract administration or contract management supporting Navy and/or DoD acquisition programs
- Experience working as or with the Contracting Officers Representative(COR)
- Experience drafting pre-award acquisition documents and post-award contract management documents including Acquisition Plans Acquisition Strategies Statements of Work RFP packages contract modifications and technical instructions
- Experience navigating and using the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations System (DFARS)
- Experience with Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS)
- Experience developing programmatic schedules such as Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Experience using Microsoft Project and Excel
- Knowledge of IPS Pillars for Federal Acquisition processes
- Knowledge of Navy ships submarines or unmanned systems
- Ability to operate independently within a team environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Active DoD Secret clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a Business field
- Experience with ACAT 1 programs
- Experience developing multiple IMS products
- PMP Certification
Salary at VISTA is determined by various factors including but not limited to location the individuals particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $80000.00 to $130000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of VISTAs total compensation package for employees.
