Ingredion is looking for a dynamic Store Room Manager. You will be responsible for supporting the operation of the Indianapolis store room by managing the Ingredion store room staff and third party suppliers to support the safe day to day operations of the Indianapolis plant through maintaining and managing appropriate spare parts inventory assisting in the staging of parts for planned maintenance work and controlling and optimizing costs.

What you will do:

- Facilitate the setting of appropriate minimum and maximum inventory levels for each part involving input from maintenance and production teams.
- Ensure accurate documentation and entry or removal of parts and inventory due to process changes.
- Manage the receipt and correct location of inventory without error.
- Conduct routine safety walks and inspections taking responsibility for resulting actions and verifying their completion.
- Ensure compliance with all Ingredion safety policies among staff and third parties taking direct action for any non-compliance.
- Coordinate with Accounting to manage the consumption and depreciation of spare parts and ensure budget compliance.
- Adjust spare parts inventory quarterly with Accounting to maintain accurate SAP records.
- Schedule storeroom personnel effectively to optimize service and minimize costs.
- Manage staff absences and tardiness to maintain world-class service standards.
- Address unsafe situations or behaviors promptly.
- Collaborate with the planning office to ensure parts availability for planned work.

- Bachelors of Science in Engineering Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.

Pay Range:

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
