Job Summary
Position Title: Angioplasty Specialist
Location: Cortlandt Manor NY
Job Type: Contract Local or Travel
Pay Range: $2400 $2600 weekly (Rates may vary for travelers)
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Angioplasty Specialistfor an exciting Travel or Local job in Cortlandt Manor NY.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist interventional cardiologists during angioplasty and invasive cardiac procedures.
Scrub circulate and monitor patients throughout cardiac catheterization.
Perform hemodynamic monitoring and maintain accurate patient documentation.
Educate patients families and healthcare staff on invasive cardiology procedures and care.
Collaborate with physicians nurses and Cath Lab team members to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Adhere to hospital policies procedures and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
RCIS Registration (Preferred)
Associates degree or equivalent in cardiovascular technology or related field
Minimum 3 years of Cath Lab Technician experience
At least 1 year of scrubbing experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab
Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology techniques hemodynamic monitoring and cardiovascular anatomy/physiology
Excellent communication and patient education skills
