This role at Enphase requires working onsite 3 days a week with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.

About the Role

Enphase is looking fora dynamic ProgramManagerwho will be responsible for managing and delivering APIs that meet business requirements are scalable secure and reliable. You will lead cross-functional teams collaborate with stakeholders and drive the API delivery lifecycle from planning to deployment. These APIs enable Grid Services (VPP) which helps ensuring the successful integration of DERs such as solar storage and electric vehicles into the grid.

What you will be doing

1. API Delivery:

- Lead the delivery of APIs ensuring they meet business requirements are scalable secure and reliable.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering Product Manager Design Verification/Validation teams.

- Develop and manage project plans/schedules. Identify and handle program cross-functional dependencies between teams

2. API Lifecycle Management:

- Oversee the API lifecycle from planning to deployment (including API design development testing drive software readiness in support of key project milestones (Alpha Beta etc) and maintenance.

- Ensure API documentation is accurate up-to-date and accessible.

3. Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with stakeholders including Product Managers Engineers and external partners.

- Communicate API delivery plans progress and issues to stakeholders.

- Provide regular program status updates and communicate escalations as needed to Executive team

4. Risk Management:

- Identify assess and mitigate risks associated with API delivery.

- Develop and implement risk management plans.

5. Process Improvement:

- Continuously evaluate and improve API delivery processes.

- Identify opportunities for automation scalability and efficiency.

6. Metrics and Reporting:

- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for API delivery.

- Provide regular reports to stakeholders on API delivery progress and metrics.

Who you are and What you bring

You are a highly engaged and self-driven project professional with incredible sense of ownership with the ability to drive project with minimal supervision. You have proven experience of managing both large complex projects and programs budgets and justifying resource needs to senior management team. Able to think strategically and execute methodically with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. You have excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills that will enable you to earn trust at all levels and across geographies. Ability to facilitate meetings workshops and collaboration sessions to push execution and alignment on organizational initiatives. Recognize the importance and are proficient in executing key areas of change management.

BTech/MTech in Engineering (Computer Science/Electronics) with 6-8 years of total relevant experience
PMP CSM SaFE ITSM or similar certifications preferred. MBA will be an added plus
4 years of proven experience as a Program/Project Manager in a technology product company managing and delivering high quality SW products
Strong technical understanding of APIs including API design development and security.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Good knowledge in working with Web services and API technologies (REST XML/JSON SOAP XSLT).
Good knowledge of securing the APIs data-integrity/confidentiality basic auth and OAuth 2.0 certificates KeyStore
Good knowledge of API documentation tools - like Postman/Swaggerdoc
Experience in managing Test automation framework for APIs
Experience with Databases (MySQL NoSQL)
Ability to quickly grasp & learn new technologies.
Understanding ofSW development processes and test validation including end to end testing with HW components.
Understands and deals well with both waterfall and Agile development models
Experience in managing integration of Third Party SW Open source libraries etc.
