VIE- Financial Accounting & Reporting (m/f/d)

During your exciting VIE mission in Financial Accounting and Reporting you will join our local accounting team in Frankfurt Germany and interact with local and remote teams across Germany Portugal Poland and France. You will also be exposed to other teams including tax internal control and all reporting to the Finance Director. Daily interactions with our Shared Service team in Portugal will involve areas such as purchase to pay order to cash treasury and intercompany. Additionally you will collaborate with service providers in Poland for business administration and IT. This mission will be for a total of 24 months.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reflecting business transactions in accounting books (in terms of presentation and valuation).

• Monthly and quarterly reporting to Headquarters in Paris.

• Carrying out balance sheet account reconciliations.

• Working with controllers and HR business partners to facilitate accounting transactions.

• Liaison and coordination with shared service centers to review daily accounting transactions.

• Acting as a contact person for external auditors for year-end audits.

Are you a match

• Hold a Masters degree in Finance or Accounting.

• Have a financial qualification preferably with an accounting focus.

• Possess the ability to work in a cross-border interactive environment.

• Are able to question topics and push boundaries to find solutions.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for detail.

• Are team players curious to explore new technologies and question the status quo.

• Speak English fluently; German French and/or Polish language skills are a plus.
