Hugh Chatham Health at Home (formerly Yadkin Valley Home Health) proudly serves Alexander Alleghany Ashe Davie Forsyth Iredell Stokes Surry Wilkes and Yadkin counties in NC.
Education and Formal Training:Associate degree in nursing RN licensed in the State of North Carolina. Current CPR or obtain within 30 days of hire.
Work experience:We offer extended training program for new graduates!
Must have a valid Driver License reliable transportation and a satisfactory driving record.
Full time position: opportunity for company vehicle!
Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required:Demonstrates a high level of mental and emotional tolerance and even temperament when dealing with ill people; uses tact sensitivity sound judgment and a professional attitude when relating with patients families and co-workers at all times. Actively functions as a patient advocate. Must be able to quickly develop thorough knowledge of home health regulations and all relevant policies.
