About the role
Join a growing construction and demolition waste facility in Hemmant. This hands-on role involves sorting recyclable materials from waste on a conveyor line working both indoors and outdoors. Multiple shift options are available offering consistent hours and long-term opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Sort construction waste manually on a conveyor line
Remove timber steel concrete and other recyclables
Use shovels and tools to maintain flow on the line
Assist with clean-up and basic plant maintenance
Follow strict safety protocols including use of PPE

Qualifications/Experience required

Physically fit for repetitive manual labour
Comfortable in dusty construction environments
Able to wear P2 mask (must be clean-shaven)
Reliable transport to Hemmant for early/afternoon shifts
Forklift licence (LF) desirable but not essential

Whats on offer

AM shift: 4:45 AM start $35.60/hr penalties super
PM shift: 1:45 PM start $40.94/hr penalties super
Monday to Friday with consistent hours
Full training provided no prior experience required
