The Role
We are looking for a hands-on strategic COO to lead daily operations and help fuel our next phase of growth. Reporting to the CEO youll turn vision into scalable systems integrate acquisitions and help build high-performing teams. This role is ideal for a builder not a caretaker someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and delivers measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Operations: Manage service delivery dispatch inventory and technician performance.
- Drive Strategy: Execute growth plans and integrate new acquisitions seamlessly.
- Optimize Processes: Enhance efficiency through technology and refined workflows.
- Empower Teams: Develop a culture of accountability safety and continuous improvement.
- Ensure Financial Health: Oversee budgets control costs and monitor KPIs.
- Champion Innovation: Leverage cutting-edge tools to maintain our competitive edge.
- Cultivate Culture: Foster a collaborative high-energy work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in operations (COO VP Ops etc.) within high-growth or mobile service businesses.
- Experience with M&A integration particularly operational execution.
- Background in automotive heavy-duty truck or field service industries preferred.
- Strong track record of scaling teams and optimizing systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Tech-savvy with operational software; ERP experience a plus.
- Bachelors degree in business Engineering or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
